Patient Care Services

Hypertension
We offer blood pressure monitoring for all of our patients. Whether daily,
weekly or monthly, we can take your blood pressure and report the results to your physician for an integrated approach to monitoring.

Diabetes Education
We provide a complete diabetes education program for new diabetic
patients as well as refresher courses for established patients. The program covers the basics of diabetes as a disease, insulin injection, monitoring techniques, diet and lifestyle changes. We also offer training with the purchase of every blood glucose meter. Used needles and lancets can be returned to us for disposal if placed in a coffee can or heavy plastic container (i.e. liquid laundry detergent) with the lid securely fastened with tape.

Asthma
Pharmacy Care Centre offers an integrated asthma management program with the physicians of the Anamosa Integra Health Clinic. We provide training on metered dose inhalers, provide peak flow meters, and rent or sell nebulizer machines.

Vaccination Services
An innovator in influenza vaccinations in a community pharmacy setting, Pharmacy Care Centre also offers travel vaccinations for those who need
protection when traveling overseas. Our flu clinics run from early October through the end of November. Call or email us for time and availability.

Ostomy Supplies
We offer a full range of ostomy supplies. Please contact us with specific
needs. We bill Medicare for all your supplies.

Delivery Service
Local delivery service is available Monday through Friday. Please call before 1:00pm for same day delivery service.
